Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. Returned items should be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation and all relevant swing tags. We will then be happy to offer an exchange or full refund on receipt of the item, excluding the original delivery costs.

Please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your item, outlining any problems you have and whether you'd like to exchange or return your item for a refund. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure that you send the item under recorded delivery as proof of your return of the item. We are unable to accept any claims for items lost in the post without it. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Custom Charges
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. We cannot predict how much these charges will be. Since customs vary country to country please contact your local customs office for further information.

Accepting Your Delivery
Orders will be delivered to you between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8.30am-5.30pm window. If no one is present to accept the delivery at the stated address the driver will leave a delivery attempt card with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery.
